<p>Economic Resilience is a dynamic condition of the nation's economic life that contains tenacity and resilience ability to develop national strength in facing overcoming all threats, obstacles, disturbances, challenges originating from abroad within country. Asymmetric war involves two or more actors through broad battlefield includes Trigatra (geography, demography, natural resources) Pancagatra (ideology, political economy, socio-culture, defense security). The purpose research provide government input on importance face asymmetric war. This study uses Strategy Theory written by Clausewitz which views several things related elements war, namely Means, Way, End. Research with qualitative methods aimed at understanding social phenomena participant's perspective. result this needs strengthening digital bureaucracy banking strengthening</p>
